Personalised yoga lessons are useful when you are new to yoga and are looking to build the foundations of your practice, and confidence, looking to improve your practice in general or needing guidance to work with an injury.
I work directly with you, gently guiding you to reach your goals and build a daily practice.
1 hour is recommended for the initial consultation to allow time to discuss your needs and body requirements, and commence a practice. Following the initial consultation, 30 minute lessons can be tailored to assist you in maintaining your practice.
